Compliance Team

Responsibilities & Duties

1. Conduct Compliance checks for both hard and soft services in line with FMS(O) contract activities.
2. Work as a helpdesk operative.
3. Liaise with locally recruited workers.
4. Compile comprehensive reports.
5. Report all non-compliance issues found during audits to line Management.
6. Deputise where required to cover leave rotations.
7. Create effective working relationships.
8. Promote a health and safety culture within the workplace.
9. General and Ad Hoc administration duties as required and as advised by line Management.
10. Consolidate reports from various departments and format for presentation to client.
11. Provides briefings and Inductions to new personnel.
12. Escorting duties if required.
13. Interacts professionally with all levels of employees, client and customers.
14. Operates office machinery such as copiers, scanners, shredders etc.
15. Work independently with good decision-making skills.
Any other duties as directed by line Managers
