FIRE FIGHTER
FREE RECRUITMENT
Role Purpose: To perform basic fire fighting activities in the event of a fire on site, in order to minimize the risk of damage to QS personnel, equipment and/or materials. Jobs at this level will work under the explicit instruction of the Fire Leader on the fire ground, tackling emergency situation.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
• Higher Secondary School graduate with 3-5 Years experience as Fireman
• Civil Defence Fire Fighting Trained
• Knowledge and understanding of fire, security and safety procedures
• Knowledge and understanding of OS site layout
• Knowledge, understanding and competence in the use of basic fire fighting equipment
• Knowledge, understanding and competence in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and SCBA
• Good understanding of fire ground operational procedures
• Arabic language skills — written and spoken will be an added advantage • English language skills - written and spoken is must
